Why do you offer a deep clean on the first visit?
Our first visit is a full deep clean to bring your space to a high standard. It may take a bit longer, but future visits will be faster — which means lower cost. And if you join a recurring plan, you'll save even more with our discounts.
How much do you charge and how are prices calculated?
Our base rate is $49.99 per hour. Total price depends on the size of your home and the time needed. We also offer discounted rates for recurring plans and for seniors or individuals with physical limitations. You can even start saving from your very first service if you enroll in a cleaning plan right away.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?
No — we bring all the necessary products and equipment. If you have specific preferences or sensitivities, just let us know in advance.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Some clients prefer to be home, others provide access. We respect your space and follow strict privacy and security protocols.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely! We just ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees..
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
We stand by our service. If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it — no extra cost.
Do you offer discounts or cleaning plans?
Yes! We offer up to 25% off for recurring cleanings — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Seniors (65+) and individuals with physical limitations get an extra 10% off.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
It depends on the size of your home and the service requested. For example, a 2-bedroom apartment can take 2.5 to 4 hours. We’ll always give you a time estimate during the quote.
Do you clean inside appliances like ovens or fridges?
Yes, but only upon request . Just let us know if you'd like to include it in your cleaning.
Do you offer move-in or move-out cleanings?
Yes! We specialize in move-in and move-out services. We make sure the space is spotless for the next step.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We only apply a cancellation fee if the service is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or after our team has already arrived.
Can I request the same cleaner every time?
If you're on a recurring plan, we do our best to assign the same team to your home for consistency and comfort.

Yes! We provide professional cleaning for offices, commercial spaces, and small businesses. Quotes are customized based on each business’s needs and terms — we aim to ensure your company is fully satisfied with a flexible, tailored service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payments through PayPal or Stripe. Payment is due after each service, unless you are on a prepaid plan.
